All privacy standards signed to and agreed upon between Service Data Management, Inc. and your agency remain in effect and continue to apply to any information used in the creation of a personal ‘Membership Forum’ profile. Moreover, any communication exchanges taking place between you or other representatives of your agency and any Service Data Management, Inc. representative via http://sedcare.com’s ‘Contact Us’ form are also held within the bounds of any previously contracted privacy statement between your agency and Service Data Management, Inc.

Service Data Management, Inc. reserves the right to use any questions/comments posed to Service Data Management, Inc. through the ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Send Service Message’ or via posting a comment on any video page of http://sedcare.com AND/OR any other form of communication your agency has with Service Data Management, Inc.’s representatives.
